Ingredients
1 can - 15 oz. can, no-sugar-added peaches, drained
1 cup - pineapple chunks, canned or fresh
8 oz. - reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp - honey (* See note below)
1/4 tsp - ground ginger
1/8 tsp - ground nutmeg
1/2 cup - mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation Instructions
1. In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients except the mandarin oranges to the desired texture (smooth or slightly chunky)
2. Serve in large shallow bowl. Garnish with the mandarin oranges
